Cykelven visits your workplace and repairs your bike on site using mobile bicycle workshops.
Step 2: Prepare the bike
2.1: Use our lock, not your own

På bookingdagen skal du parkere din cykel i det aflåste cykelskur, Borgmester Ib Juuls Vej 17, etage 3 - som afbilledet.
Du får adgang til cykelskuret ved at henvende dig i Telefonomstillingen, etage 3, H1 (tidl. 53H1). Du skal medbringe dit ID-kort – eller du kan sende en mail til hgh-cykelparkering@regionh.dk. I mailen skal du oplyse det femcifrede kortnr. på bagsiden af dit ID-kort.
Important information
Lock with our lock (see location below) - not your own.
The bike must be ready for repair from 9:30 AM until 3:30 PM on the selected day - with service paper on and our lock. We will arrive during that time, fix it, and drive on. Write to info@cykelven.dk if you need to leave early, for example.
Invoices and any messages will be sent by email. Prices are on the service paper, see below. If you have any questions, please write to info@cykelven.dk.
Print service paper and place it VISIBLY on the bike (not hidden under the saddle). Otherwise we won't know which bike is yours or what to do. Preferably in a chartek if the weather is wet.
